The Sunday night GT Club league will start on Sunday September 13th.
Teams
Teams will consist of 2 people if so desired but not necessary. You can run as a team or solo.Individual and team points will be awarded. Please post team name and members and the car you will be using for the season. Please use the same paint scheme as well. Once you pick your car, that is the car you have to use for the entire season. You can't change cars every race.
Qualifying
There will be a 20 minute open qualifying session starting at 8 pm EST ( 5 pm PST) SHARP. I would ask that drivers be on the game at 7:45 pm so we can organize rooms as to start at 8 pm. After the 20 minute session the top 10 times will be put in the A room and the remainder in the B room.If there is more than 20 drivers on that particular night, then the A room will consist of 12 racers. The 2 rooms will then have the regular in game 1 lap qualifying to set the starting grid.If you don't make it in time to run any laps and get a time in the 20 minute session, you will automatically be in the B room. When all drivers are in the lobby, please put your tune on the car and DON'T start the qualifying session until the host counts down the start and everyone starts around the same time. There is only 20 seconds to finish after the 1st car crosses the line. We want everyone to get a time in unless you go off yourself and get penalty. If you do start early and don't wait for the host to start the qualifying and people don't get to finish, you will automatically start at the back of the field.
RACES
There will be 15 races commencing on September 13 and every Sunday after. The races will run with Intermediate damage and full penalties. If you get penalties such as drive throughs, you must serve them. All race replays will be saved in case of any disputes between drivers. At the end of the race the concerned party can message the host to watch a particular incident in dispute and the host and only the host will make the call on what happened. If the host decides that rough driving was the cause of the incident , then the guilty party will be slapped with a 1 lap penalty. I hope this doesn't happen, but it might.
