My car - updated 5-10-08

here are some pics of my car im building at the moment

those of you that dont know about my car project. here is a quick run down

started out, i bought it from my friend, rolling chassis, no engine.

i then had an engine built for the car, ad i also cleaned up and rebuilt some of the car

started out like this







then i rebuilt the front end







parts after powder coating




new steering wheel, the blue in the pic is wrong its actually the same color as the car, light wasnt working for the camera

and thats where im at right now.

i have to wire in alot of things-
fuel pump
electric water pump
MSD ignition system
alternator 1 wire conversion
electric fan, and controller

and i still have to do some plumbing for the fuel lines and brake lines, i went with braided brake hoses in the front and i have braided fuel line all the way to the tank

so about 3-4 weeks left

street strip car, gonna have some fun with it, and still drive it on the road.

total so far is about 15k

it's definatley man pretty as it were, you leavin the color as is (i spelt colour the american way btw) or you gunna throw down some crazy forza 2 paint job, or maybe a rediculously expensive Pearalescent... he's a story workin in a body shop for school in grade 12... a 350z comes in just white paint... or so i thought im mixin up the paint for it, turns out its a Pearl, a front fender hood and front bumper *Paint Alone* cost the guy over 800 bucks.

its almost done













the wiring in the engine bay isnt done yet, still needs to be routed and loomed,
had to make alot of wires, and now im getting to the interior to wire in my switch panel and fuse block

What kind of engine is it.... How many horse?

350 bored .040, 4 bolt block, 500 ish HP. probably a hair over 500.

some wiring is left, drop time the distributor and time the engine, front arms and springs and tie rods and other suspension items yet, then i will fire it and it will be complete, and i have to loom all wire harnesses, and detail the car.

there was this one girl i knew before i got 360 live and her name was amber... we knew each other for about a year. she had pictures of herself on myspace and i did too. but her pic weren't actually her aparently when i met one of her friends and they said she looked nothing like that... the pictures weren't great and i figured out she was pretty ugly... (i still get chills, LOL) so she knows that i think she isn't as hot as she said she was and we dont talk much at all... and now shes a lesbian so................. I learned something........lol (this is a true story of my first online gf that was truly screwed up) so yea now shes a lesbian and is smokin pot...

thats where i met mine, been with her for over a year now, i love her to death, not the best looking by any means, but shes fun to be around, and she listens to me, and basically lets me do whatever i want.
