i think its just a glitch wen you accept an invite from the auction house instead of switching to online since your already on XBL

i mean your cruisin the auction house for sweet deals than some guy rocks your body with a race invite... since your already in the online multiplayer menu it jus jumps to the game without switching your mode to online race
