Have a look on your admin account, it should give you some more info on the guests.
They could simply be Google bots and other internet bots. Or they could actually be real people who are just d***heads and wont sign up, but will only read, to find out info on the league races.
Its at 41 right now. Another thing it could actually be, is simply the same few guests(or even same guest) viewing the site multiple times.

u log out everytime you leave the site?
I just have my account set to stay logged on forever so I never have to sign in...

Yeah i have mine signed in forever also only time i log out is when i need to go on my admin acount to change stuff and theres only like 5 users per day signed in
