just tell them it has the RROD dude. The worst thing that can happen is they will send it back without fixing it. If they do that, then just force the RROD on it by severely overheating it.
My friends 360 broke, the AV port got busted, so he just said it had the RROD and he sent it in for repairs without an issue.
