I'm really NOT looking forward to this weeks race...An hour around Tsukuba?...Think we should make the scoring drift related?...
BTW, pick one gear and STAY in it!...WTH kinda shifting do you have going on Trunks?...Thats really been bothering me...Come on, clear the air...Please?...I asked Pharmar to address the situation but I've heard nothing back...
Not trying to start any BS just want to keep everyone honest...
Did we ever get to Eddy's quali lap not being certified?...
I think we have some issues we need to sort out in terms of penalties should these things happen...OR we should modify qualifing ( to the +1 lap format) to ensure clean quali laps...

Wildwill I will be 100% percent honest right now... Ive never cheated at a single video game in my entire life of gaming unless you wanna count using cheat codes in gta to have a little more fun with the police (*eyes roll*) I don't shift any differently then you or anyone else in the league... From what im hearing you think im shifting down in the middle of a straightaway to gain speed correct??? Are you aware we are running simulation and that would blow the f*ck out of my tranny... I was also told I sustained engine damage at some point in the race which I do not recall at all since I ran my fastest lap in the race with only two laps to go... obviously that wouldnt be possible if I had engine damage. Relying on the forza replay system is pretty weak because its been flawed since forza one... its never been accurate at all because its looking at what the user who recorded the race is seeing which can be at times LAG.... So to say im cheating based on someone elses sh*tty replay is dumb. If your trying not to start BS then man up and confront me about it... dont go running to Pharmar and everyone else saying im a cheater because you see something abnormal on a laggy replay. I know im not trying to hide anything because I have nothing to f*cking hide. I will personally record the next race on my video camera and post it on the site just to prove im not cheating if you wish. I dont have times in the top 200 for nothing will I put time into the game just like any other committed player... After this if you still think Im cheating then its on you... I know the truth and all the guys that have been a part of this group for more then a year know Im as honest as they come.

As long as I've known Trunks (3 years or so), he is not the type of guy to ever cheat. He is simply a fiery competitor (often too fiery) but he is good at every single game he plays on x-box. Trunks, don't worry dude most of us know you're not cheating and you know your not so thats all that should really matter.

It's a shame that guys are accusing a great guy like Trunks of cheating simple because he poses a threat to you. I am another that supports Trunks in the fact that he is one of the nicest guys out there. If you ever played nascar with him, you would know he was great at that, if you played NHL with him, you would know he was good at that, if you ever played COD with him, you would know he is good at that.... there seems to be a pattern here. He is a stand up guy and Trunks, keep racing hard. Good job
There are far more issues with this league that require attention rather then some laggy replay. (ie: points system, car "so called" change). It's suppose to be a league for fun, i suggest if you aren't having fun....QUIT....cause your ruining it for everyone else. It's a video game.

Ive known Will for a while and I know he takes his racing seriously, but his also a stand up guy. I know how quickly these things can escalate, so I suggest we let Will and Trunks sort this out before we start voicing opinions.
Maybe this should have been addressed via PM but thats me, often I know its easy for a forum to beat someone for a comment but I know if Will said it he has a valid concern. IMHO.........

That's the problem he takes it too seriously. It's a game and it has been fun for us core group of guys for over 3 years and many leagues have existed without any problems. This is supposed to be fun guys!

I had a whole big post written up and before submitting I had other thoughts...
Trunks: Get your sh*t straight before YOU run around and discuss the issue WITH EVERYONE ELSE...Talk about manning up?...I went to the HEAD of our CURRENT league for clairification and thats all...Before I heard back from my request all this happened?...What?...No FOMC pulling BOTH parties in for MEDIATION?...Just a bunch of chickens running around clucking?...You should follow your own prescription buddy!...Man up, ha!...You removed me from your friends list BEFORE (and as of yet) we discussed the matter at hand...
I'm willing and around enough to be brought into a party and discuss these things by OUR LEADER to who I reported my concerns!...I didn't talk sh*t to ANYONE before I made an OFFICIAL inquiry with OUR LEADER!...The ONLY I mentioned it to was Bounty after he mentioned Eddy's quali lap!...Spose that was my fault as well right?...
Brandit: Do you actually know what is going on?...Or are you one of those chickens clucking like GOD?...What did I maybe race with you once or twice on RP GOD?..."Everyone else" wasn't supposed to have their parade pissed on GOD...PPL who stick their noses in other's business are just rude and one sided...Funny how everyone has something to say here, PLENTY to say here...

I dont know what this chicken reference is about? I simply responded to the above posts...This has always been about fun and friendly competition, at least for me. I was responding to credit Trunks that it would be highly unlikely that he was cheating.
This is a small league with many people that have known each other for a long time. News travels well. We just heard the rumors, and I was in a b***h session with the league manager when I heard the accusations.

Your right Will I should have come to you after I heard about the accusations instead... I have no problems with you will I just kinda get a little tweeked when I hear someone is accusing me of something im not... Obviously in the future if I here other things I will make an effort to go to them first for a mediation. This league is for fun and if anyone is cheating then they are cheating themselves out of fun. I did watch the replay that is on eddy's storefront and I can tell you I saw exactly what you saw, but I can honestly say that is in no way shape or form the way I was driving that car. From day one you seem like a stand up guy I guess I jumped to conclusions on a few things and for that I apologize. Hope we can get past it and continue racing and having fun. This is a league for fun but dont get me wrong everyone here wants to win and wants to do well in all the races... Its in every man's DNA lol... But it is just a game and we are here to have fun and not take it 100% serious...

One other thing... The big reason I got as mad as I did is because on tuesday when I got on I really got the impression that Will and Pharmar were avoiding the situation and not coming to me about it... Not saying they were because I know they got their own things to do on live its just how it was perceived in that moment on that day. Pharmar came into a party with me and nemesis and eddy, asked nemesis a question and left... figured if that was going around he wouldve came to me but I went to his party about 5 minutes later and talked to him about it... A similar thing happened with you Will on tuesday night when you jumped into a party with me, bounty, brandit, and someone else... You came in for about 30 seconds and left... I think we both failed at making an effort to discuss and I just took it as you were angry at me because you thought I was cheating ( From what I heard earlier that day)... As far as the replay goes yes I saw what Will is talking about but I also saw it happen with other cars and not just mine.

I did not say ANYTHING to ANYONE in that party about the "protest"...Why?...It wasn't their business...As I told Eddy yesterday; I only stopped in to see how things were going with Bounty and Brandit cause they were both tuning for Tsukuba...I popped in and nobody said anything...I was on limited time as my COD crew was rushing me towards another match....
Just to be clear, I watch my own saved replay on my SF...Take a look at mine, maybe that will clear some confusion?...Maybe my replay caught or recorded something different?...
I took the appropriate actions by keeping my beef between the avenues that matter...The league leader and the complaintant...
I had NO IDEA others would stick their noses in where they didn't belong or I would have NEVER said anything...I deffinatly didn't think youd get so upset about self governance...Either way thats water under the bridge and we both see the light so we can go forward from here...
Brandit: the chicken REFERENCE is about a cluster of chickens...One starts clucking and for some apparent reason most of the others chickens become vocal...The one chicken actually had a reason for clucking and the others DON'T...Who asked you to be involved in this issue?...Not being a d*** but it was ESPECIALLY NONE of your bsiness cause you weren't there, same goes for GOD...Why was everyone else heasring about this before there was a hearing about this?....WTH is the leadership?...
BTW guys, I will NEVER avoid confrontation...Be it in a drivers meeting or a protest hearing, guilty, innocent or just plain accused I'll be there...I appreciate it when people hold you to the wall for accountability...That means other are interested in the advancement of whats going on...
So I say me and Trunks are good...Now, anyone else got beef with me that I am yet to know about?...

What I meant was that I didn't understand how you got defensive and accused me of being a chicken. Now, I heard about this issue the very minute I got on on x box from the accussee. the only reason I got involved is to set the record straight about Trunks' character. Simple enough?

It seems from what Ive been told today at work that its more bounty that has a more of a question of my character.. Me and Will are cool sry things went down the way they did its water under the bridge its cool. It shouldnt have gotten to everyone else the way it did and thats on me Pharmar was never on to confront about it so I could only ask those who already knew about the accusations. Oh well sh*t happens lets just keep racing and have some fun cuz in the end thats what its all about. But eddy or loreto I think were in the room last night and I hear that bounty went on some kind of rant on how big of a cheater I was??? Can someone fill me in on this... Java told me bits and pieces and Im just curious as to whats going on... Im not gonna get worked up over it cuz its no big deal anymore I would just like to keep bounty in the league and put to rest whatever his issues are with me.

LMAO you guys are awesome. Anyways to clear up one team changing the car.... I let them change the car at a point loss that i have yet to decide on, it is for fun and i just wanted to make those two ppl happy, no one else wanted a car change (besides java but he joined late in the league so hes cool to do so for the next race "Tsukuba") after this week "week 4" Crafty Budman & Austoliam will lose league points.
After January 24 @ 5:00 pm, 2010 there is no car changes what so ever.
If anyone wants to change there car they have to talk to me before above time and date. The car if you choose to change CAN NOT be a car that someone else has already picked. Example i have picked the C4 GS Corvette YOU CAN NOT pick that car because i have already done so!.. AND there will be a point loss.

This is case and point of how things get started... I didn't talk sh*t...The only reason I questioned the "shifting" was ALSO because I have high regards for Trunks...I didn't make accusations I simply asked our FL to check it out?...My words to Pharmar were EXACTLY "It seems fishy to me"...That in the racing world is known as a protest...These 9 times out of 10 happens post race but have also been known to happen after quali...In the case of a protest the complaintant goes to the management or sanctioning body and registers a complaint (me 2 pharmar) than tech on the word of management inspects the car in question...The whole time, these cards are played close to the chest and the tch inspection is as much a surprise to the defendant as to the complaintant...Thats how management works... Now, before I had heard back from our FL in responce to my complaint I see and hear a backdraft...My question is: Wouldn't you want someone checking and making sure that everyone is on the up and up?...Is it not better to have someone watching than not watching?... Why does the watcher get bashed as if hes questioning someone's bond?...I believe in a democratic body where the evidence is placed in front of everyone to see...From that collective viewing we deem results...Perhaps my replay recorded differently?...Didn't hear anyone ask me which replay I was watching?... Can you see how everyone's two cents isn't really called for in this situation?...Its not like it was a crash or a lag issue that resulted in some sort of scurmish for position where one may have chopped another off...Its a TECH issue for the most part... If Trunks said something to you then thats as far as it should have went until the issue was resolved...I understand people need to vent and certain people share things with others but in reality theres no reason for anyone I race with (all you guys) to question my character...So the added point of about Trunks' intentions, be them good or bad was a moot point...It added nothing in the way of a technical resolution...As in I never should have read that post...Support is one thing but from my side it was like the friend whos not involved in the fight egging the other guy on... |

For the record Will, I never bashed you or questioned your character. I again was coming to the defense of a highly regarded friend. Simply. I am through with this defacto issue.
Trunks, sorry but Bounty has quit the league. I tried to explain there was no possible way you were cheating, but in the end he drew his own conclusion. So last night he informed me and many others that he was finished and the stress was too much. (funny, I thought this was a video game). I'll miss you most Bounty because you were my teamate.

i can say that i know trunks would never cheat, i have raced with him for several years now, in countless races. its just a F'n game guys. there is no point of getting bent out of shape over anything. i will stand behind trunks to back him up, as well as several other guys.
