I didn't agree with your decision tonight Pharmar so I've quit the league...I've also removed just about everyone from my friends list...

You decision was sh*t because: Instead of thinking about the prior week where I gracefully backed out of the race room to let Trunks in, instead of thinking about what we did with Trunks' connection issues lastweek, instead of thinking about my position in the championship standings, instead of thinking about comparing quali laps, I hear this little f*cker Brandit say "the only fair way" when he doesn't understand the connection issues...

Yeah, lets kick the guys whos faster, more consistant, shows more sportmanship, helps EVERYONE with their setups...Yeah, good f*cking decision!...Although I see the benefits...

I also appreciate everone else's support in voicing the fact that MUNSON'S connection was f*cked...I appreciate their support in backing that theory by explaining what happened lastweek...I appreciate their support by stating the FACT that once Trunk's got his connection straight it worked GREAT!...Thanks 2 Nemesis...

There is a CLEAR lack of leadership in this "league" there are no clear lines on issues that should have been addressed WELL in advance...

Its a shame, I really enjoyed toying around those "assistees"...

No offence to you or muson but you both had connection issues with one another. Im not about to wait around all night to get one or both of your connections going to run a race.

Further more if you dont think that the choice was justified or that you were the better racer with more points and shouldnt have been the one to lose the coin toss (which is 50/50) than you just saying that because your better or in your words "the guy whos faster, more consistant, shows more sportmanship" should be in the race and munson not is like saying if you were behind him in a race he should pull over and just let you pass because you think you deserve it because you have done well in the past races. It was an unforseen technical difficulty that no one could see coming because the week before you and muson were in the same room.

I also have not once said that im going to making all the decisions in this league. I look to the league (other racers) that i know and have raced with for over 2 years now for guidance on issues.

Now the issues that i have seen arise already were taken care of. I looked into your protest of trunks car and watched the replay many times to conclude that there was no cheating or exploits going on. Eddy's qualifying time was with a triangle and because that rule was not set in stone i let it slide. i would have made the A Main instead that week and im ok with it because its just for fun.

Im sorry to see you go because i had no problems with you running in the league you were a great competitor and you helped certain people with the cars which is great to see people working together to make it more competitive.

I see how you can take all this on as a personal attack towards you, because thats how your handling it, but in no way is this true. Unfortunately connection issues with you and other races can be frustrating, been there done that, but i would be doing the same thing if it was anyone with connection issues (coin toss or number from 1 - 10). Now if you can come up with a way a guideline towards connection issues i would be happy to hear it. If you do in fact have a way you should have mentioned it when you were having connection issues with Trunks in the first place.

I would like to see you continue in the league i still have all your points and team points jotted down here so you let me know.

The connection issue wasn't really an issue...Had Munson got on early enough we could have sorted this problem...I was on and ready 2 race at 5pm (CST)...AGAIN, lastweek with help from Nemesis Trunks' connection was corected...But NNOBODY heard that cause Brandit was running his mouth as usual...

The simple fact that I was ignored and another racer who was absent during the "correction process" had more weight in his words is disgusting to me...The fact that my backing out in ONE race already FOR another FASTER racer was ignored...

I let the faster racer race, then we corrected the problem...Which by the way I was corect in explaining what was wrong...Once the process was done he could connect to anyone we race with...

I'm the ONE who said WE ALL NEED TO ASSIGN our addresses to our routers to AVOID connection problems...

IDC what the ruling on my protest was...Thats up to YOU...I'm a man and I can live with management's judgement(s)..What I can't deal with is being polite and cordial with everyone when nobody thinks of my gifts...

I don't see this as a personal attack...Thats not why I left the league...If people hate me thats their problem, not mine...At least its my name in their and coming out of their mouths..I see this issue as a complete lack of leadership...

You MUST make contingency plans when planning for a league...You have been absent in resolving the Trunks' issue I asked you about...I waited to reply to the kind words from eveyone on this forum in regards to Trunks' issue until I heard from you, which I STILL haven't HEARD a DIRECT responce from you...

If at the end of the season you have a tie for 1st place what plan do you have to resolve the issue?...If you have 2 ppl qulaify with the SAME TIME (cause it happens) what plan do you have?...If someone didn't have clean quali lap (not a shot at Eddy) what plan do you have?...

You CANNOT form a league that doesn't include some sort of rule infraction penalty system...ie: those who've switched cars...

I told EVERYONE what needs to be done to their connections to NOT HAVE THESE PROBLEMS...Nobody listened...I told you and Trunks when we were in the PR before Catalunya that I would back out cause HE WENT FASTER....That was in responce to someone asking "who wants to race more"...Remeber that?...I've said what I think but NOBODY listens...

I could lay out an infraction page but its not my league...I was never asked to provide technical assistance even though I've been in a racecar since most of you were sperm...

Maybe ppl will ask for help from those who have actually been involved autosports...

Although most ppl may confuse competition and fun I don't...They are one in the same to me...I can have fun while competing and do...Thats what makes it more fun than just any ole' multiplayer format...

I got SUPER frustrated when ppl where talking about starting another room, or picking in a number so once again I gracefully backed out...If nobody's gonna listen I'm not gonna waste my breath...Get it?...You listened to my complaint with Trunks and I appreciate that but the follow thru was consistant with the planning for contigencies....

Please, talk to everyone...Ask them all who knows what we did to fix Trunks' connection...Then ask them who told everyone what the issue was and how to fix it...Because I lack tech. knowledge (in PCs) Nemesis stepped in to help correct the issue...Its hard to believe I was about to be asked (after providing the answer for the connection issue) to pick a number AGAIN...Remeber I had already said Trunks' could run before I caved and just shouted out a number in that PR before Catalunya...

Just like Rodney "I get no respect"...I'm more dedicated to this league than anyone in it...My words are water under the bride..

i really dont care what other people have said to you or what had happened. im aware that things do happen ie. qualifying times are the same and connection issues. If you dont have any insight on how to over come these problems that you clearly pointed out than you have not helped me what so ever in this league.

If anyone else besides the obvious has a problem with how the league is run or a lack of leadership should contact me so we can make arrangments to sort out any problems that they have in an orderly fashion (not just on a forum site for everyone to read). Im not on xbox live all that much excluding sundays and the random days im playing Modern Warfare 2.

Just like Rodney King said "Can't we all... just... get along?" I see the holes in the rule settings. I see that clearly and as i said before im leaning on the league racers, YOU and everyone else, to make it fun and competitive. I ask for help because i need it. I put the points up every week and make sure that all the stats are kept. I dont have a problem with you at all and you have removed me from your friends list so im just gonna think that you have left the league entirerly, this is a shame.

I want to resolve any issues and if you have time to do that than i can make time to work out any rules or quadries that you have or anyone else for that matter.

So please if you have something to add im all ears and will take any (unless ridiculous) ideas seriously as long as its to better the league.

Dude, I JUST stated in MANY different ways how to OVERCOME the issues...

ie: If 2 ppl run the same time (quali) it would come down to a question of who finished higher on average in the previous races...I say this BECAUSE its NOT to benefit the faster racer but rather the slower...If the slower guys gets the lower quali position he would start IN FRONT of the faster guy...Giving the advantage to the slower of the two (on average)...This is in keeping with the slower in front logic of the inverted starts...

If there is a connection problem: Given the fact that 100% of connection problems are a DIRECT result of ppl pulling their Xbox out of the package and just "connecting" to live we NEED to have a session where we pull ppl into rooms and establish BEFORE hand (not 5 minutes before quali on the DAY OF!) whos got the issues...There are ppl within this league that have the technical knowledge to assist others to set their sh*t up right and in a timely fashion...I don't imagine said tech. ppl would have a problem with helping just like I didn't have a problem working anyone on their setups or doing paintwork for them...

If there is a protest after the race for a COLLISION; ALL PARTIES IN the race will be brought into a party chat...That means the ENTIRE grid for the room which suffered the accident even if you were not DIRECTLY involved...Each player will view the replay from BOTH cars involved...They will view the telemetery or whatever they need as evidence to come to a judgement...These judgements (from individual racers) will NOT be made known in PUBLIC...These judgements will be sent to the league admin. in the form of either a private text or voice message...This way there can be no ganging-up...There are other ways to ensure independent decision making...Like everyone is in the private chat...They've all viewed the replay incident and they're still in chat...You can see that everyone is IN chat and PRESENT (not on another channel) and one by one the leader goes down the list and recieves a TEXT answer...The leader takes that info and makes a DECISION on HIS OWN what the penalty should be or if there should EVEN BE ONE...

If there is a protest for a technical infraction (equipment, exploitations or plain ole' gliches) there should ONLY be 3 ppl aware that anything is happening...1. The complaintant 2. the leader and 3. the defendant...Those guys should be in a private chat lobby...The complaintant voices his protest IN FRONT of the leader and defendant...The leader then askes the defendant to respond...THEN and ONLY then do you look at the REPLAY...By "you" I mean all parties in the party...So the complaint was made, the accused said his piece, the leader and both others viewed the replay and the room closes W/O judgement...The leader (you) absorb what you've heard and seen to make YOUR judgement and decide what penatly if any is handed down...In the interm NO ONE else should hear about this...If you need to discuss this protest with someone else for help judging then YOU better MAKE SURE that person won't speak to ANYONE else (even if its your team mate)...

As I said with the connection, its very simple to take the time to ensure that not only you (the user) but also the people you race with have a good experience...We have the ppl, we have the knowledge and its up to YOU (the user) to be KIND enough to give a sh*t...I did this process YEARS ago and have never had an issue, aside from encountering someone whos doesn't have the correct assignments...Trunks can testify to how simple it was and how effective the process is...

Its almost like I'm speaking Japanese...If ppl would just take the time to think about what they're doing then things would run smoother...I don't get on at 7:55PM to start quali at 8..I'm usually on starting around 6:30...Now that maybe a bit excessive but when you consider doing a few warm up laps, making final adjustments and checking connection you'll find its "almost" enough time...I would consider showing up a half hour early to be sufficent for connection purposes...

Its almost as though my word didn't hold stock in the room the other night...I voiced my opinion on the connection matter 2, yes 2 weeks before this issue...Nobody listened...Well, Trunks, Eddy and Nemesis listened and thats how we were able to sort things out for the following week...

We didn't encounter the "triangle" quali lap or "shiftergate" until the following week...Nothing offficial has come from you to me in regards to "shiftergate" but its alright casue Eddy Trunks and myself already worked that out...As far as the "triangle lap" I've heard nothing official from league admin on that?...Don't even know what the outcome was?...Was there a points or position loss?...Was there a solution to keep this from happening in the future?...Does quali lap inspection happen post race and we take the racers word while we organize the grid?...

I would: 1. Post the official findings of "shiftergate" and BECAUSE this is a possible infraction I would close the statement with an OFFICIAL penalty if anything like this should happen...Maybe just a blanket penalty for a "technical build or useage infraction"...Like points for the week lost OR since everyone (or at least the leader) should save every replay there would be points lost for any week the car or technique was used...

2. Post an official review of "triangle lap" or subsquent triangle laps...Announcing what happened in terms of judgement...Points or position(s) lost and possibly even a starting grid penatly for the next week's race...I would also use this time to MAKE CLEAR how we will enforce checking for triangle laps and the PENALTIES should such an infraction occur in the future...

The is NO SUCH thing as TOO LATE IN THE SEASON for rules modification or creating...SCCA, USAC, IRL, F1 and EVERYONE else believes the same thing...Can anyone say double diffuser?...Can anyone say Ballast weight?...Certain things come to light under "real world" testing...

I would have helped my ass off if anyone asked!...Wait a minute Will, what was that thing you guys did with Trunks' connection the other week?...Hold on, didn't you already sit one race out Will?...What did we do when we had this roblem a few weeks ago Will?...Its not like I wasn't there in that race room...Instead ppl who aren't involved are clucking their faces of and cluttering up the airwaves so nobody else could speak...All I kept hearing was" what do we do?"..."Gonna have a tough decision to make Pharmar"...Did anyone hear me say "I backed out so Trunks' could race already, I';m not backing out, Its Munson's connection he has to do what Trunks did, Get Nemesis, I let the faster guy race before n I';m faster, I'm SECOND in the CHAMPIONSHIP...Did anyone hear that, NO!!!!....So why should I have ppl on my FL who don't give a f*ck what I have to say....Especially when ONCE AGAIN , they're NOT INVOLVED, don't know whats going on, don't know how to fix it?...

on top of that, i havent had a connection issue with anyone other than bounty in about 3 years. also we all know that forza 3's rooms are F'd. T10 doesnt give a F***. and its evident by the unfinished product that has been released to us all.

i would like to point out that when i came back online after resetting my router and doing everything trunks had told me to do with my router and my NAT settings, i was going to say go ahead and run without me. i just do it for fun, and ive already missed a race, so it wouldnt have been a huge deal. but from what i understand, i was told that once whoever decided to do a coin toss, you just left the room and were never to be seen again. so WTF?

also you are still trying to accuse trunks of cheating and are belittling brandit and pharmar. that sh*t aint going to fly on here. we have been all racing together for years now, we know who we can trust and how everyone races.

Or maybe you think that because I'm really better then you at a game that you automatically think Im cheating??? Please supply us with proof other then a laggy replay of this so called shifting cheat thing that im supposedly doing??? I not worried about Will its water under the bridge with him, I have no beef with him because we both put it behind us like most men do... I don't mean to sound c***y or anything just make sure you've backed up what your saying through past performance and know that everyone who beat you is at the same level you are as far as assists. This is supposed to be a fun league between a group of guys that just like to have fun racing... Yes the league was rush and not many smart rules were established. Pharmar has never ran a league like this so I cant expect him to get everything right... It's part of the learning curve when trying to run a league. Your both good drivers but if all your going to do is bring negative energy toward this league or anyone in the league then clearly we need to part ways and not worry about it. About my "penalty post" Pharmar: I said ALL OF THAT in various rooms in the first few weeks of the season...You are correct in saying that you did ANSWER my question...What I was speaking of in terms of making a statement is a simple sentence or perhaps paragraph explaining what happened and what "the" penalty" or "future penalties" would be or ways to correct what happened and make sure it doesn't happen again...

I don't "know" that Trunks isn't cheating...I've only taken his word based off of the explaination of the Forza replays...I'm sure ppl don't just believe what another tells them right?...So I'm the bad guy...But, based off my revelation that I can trust Trunks' word you all still think I believe he's cheating BECAUSE YOU DON'T have a firm GRASP of the ENGLISH language...Or were not present when Trunks, Eddy and I talked about it....

I warned Pharmar that something like this (shiftergate) "could" happen in the future or the possiblity of another type of "technical" infraction and suggested to have a proper penalty or blanket infraction contingency in place to deal with such an issue...Understand that?...Its known as JIC, just in case...This is also something that everyone would benefit from its posting to the rules section for the league...

Munson, Its as if you didn't read the post DIRECTLY above yours in which I explained some issues with the league that could either be exploited or should be dealt with to avoid future "on the fly" decision which are subject to being poor due to the lack of brainstorming to look for a proper correction...Perhaps a bit of cause and effect?...This way its equal consequence for all...This is why I left on Sunday...2 weeks later there was NO PLAN in place to deal with conflicting nat or bad connections...I got frustreated when Brandit insisted the only fair way was a coin toss or picking a number...That just seemed WAY TOO closed minded when considering where racing vehicles in a competition where certain other factor could play a role...

I still have never attacked you, so I dont get it. I did everything in my power to help Munson set his stuff. It was my suggestion first to start another room. So you think your a stand up guy. Nothing could be further from the truth. Perceptions are earned and I think your pompous, arrogant and condescending. If you were a stand up guy then you would have said something when you bonzai'd budman in the first race on lap 1 or 2.You also try to make it sound like your way older than alot of these racers, but I'm not sure if your telling the truth. Because when you first joined this site and I heard how c***y you sounded. So I went and checked your bio. It said you were born in the mid 80's. So either you are lying now about your age or you when you posted your birthday you were lying then. Which is it? You have since removed it.

You're also under the illusion that since you have practical experience and you were born into a racing family, then that makes you more qualified to race a video game. You also believe that since you use a wheel that it's simulation. Unless you have a 20k racing simulator attached to your 360, you feel the same vibrations us lowly pad racers use.

You claim that that you help people with set ups, but I only know that you helped Bounty. Once you gave me and Led Pawe a set up for the masters series, But we only ran about 10 practice laps. So you are not really helping anybody.

Also your so pompous that you painted a race car with my name and number that I never asked for. Then, you had the balls to altar my logo on my car and put it in your design. I will never buy that design and it can rot in cyberspace. You just dont take someone else's property, alter it and then sell it.

assists have no definitive effect on helping or hurting a persons driving. i like driving with assists on, i use traction control when needed, abs, and the braking line.

here is the reason why. traction control for when i drive muscle cars that have an ass load of power, and the traction is improperly recreated in the game, on top of that, i dont enjoy running all wheel drive cars like alot of people do in the game. i like to drive my car.

second off, the ABS i use it because there is already too much going on in the game. why focus on more stuff than what you need to. so while you make a mistake and over brake and lock up your wheels, im going to drive right around you as you slide off the track because my car is controlled.

third, as far as the braking line goes, i run that because i dont know the braking zones for every track. i cant remember every track, and every corner, and also i use it just as a reference of where to start applying the brakes. in fact the only game i dont use the braking line in is Toca 3.

i'll be more than happy to run against you in a race. if you would like we can run completely stock cars from the game garage, with stock setups.

I feel i need to step in alittle now since i thought this was gonna die down twice and it still has'nt.

These guys were in the right to be there for trucks,you may not have been offically calling him out but saying he was a cheater well we have always been a group that will be there for our freinds even if its something like that as we all know each other and how the others race what they do etc and any cheaters we had are long gone unless there newer guys as i have'nt been around to see those ones.

Trucks use to be called out in forza 2 also from people but being his teamate back then i can say he just puts alot of work and time into his car and no cheating whats so ever so hopefully end of topic there as a glichey forza reply shows nothing as there replys have always been crap since forza 1..

Also you have been in the right for some things you said but also in the wrong with other things you said.I'll just put it this way thought this group of guys are great and you can either stick with the group and enjoy yourself or just need to find a new group but i doubt you'd get one as good etc etc as our group is.Choice is yours as this is why i stepped in as your just digging yourself deaper and deaper so befor you do 100% damage i figured i'd put a end to this incase you want to still race with us all befor people get the taste of dirt in there mouth.
