Lotus 2-11 summer league

This season were gonna change it up a bit. qualy begins at 8 and 8;05 pm sundays. Car is the Lotus 2-11 A class. No restrictions on build. Car just has to fit into A class.
15 minute qualy session
45 minutes or so feature race. (top 16 qualifiers only)
Invert field for feature races. (top 8 qualifiers in room A. 9-16th qualifiers in room B)
Mandatory 2 pit stop race. (racer must announce when exiting pit road so as others can keep track of stops)
Racers are not allowed to pit as they win the race.(no last lap pit stop)
No cautions.
