Season 3 Details/Rules

8:00-8:20 Quafliying for starting place in your room(unless not needed)

Penalties & Suspentions & problems
Blocking:You are aloud to block in the race but not at all during qualifying.If someone calls out there coming behind you make sure not to get into there way.If you block or get in there way your time will not count for that nights qualifying and you will be docked 10 points from your overall standings,you will have to start at the back of the feild and from pit road.The pit road penalty will be a 1 lap penalty.You will stay at the end of pit road the whole frist lap untill frist place passes you on lap 2 then you may race.Not all cases of blocking will be like this but it depends on who it is,the storys from both sides etc it will be decided befor the race.If you block say race 1 of the season and block race 2 again you will lose 20 points etc and it will keep adding up every time you do it.This rule is put in place because of last season to many people screwed up pole lap times by geting in the way
Yelling:If you yell at any time during the race you will be kicked from the room right away.The reason behind this me n 3 others have lost some hearing in our mike ears because of people yelling,big wrecks or close finishs do not count for this
Complaineing or b****ing:If you complaine or b**** about the game,other drivers etc you will be docked 5 points and may be siting out the next race.The reason for this we want this to be enjoyable not for everone to be pissed and not come back because some people have problems
Problems with others during the race:If you have problems with people during the race keep it till after the race to talk about it onec they leave or send me a pm on this site.If there racing bad or something or going backwards or something okay speak about it but if not keep it to yourself till after like i said or eles 5 points will be taken away from you.Last season we had to many problems with people calling good racers stuff so i don't wanna hear it till the race is over
Pay back:This will be watched all season for.If someone takes you out make sure it was taking you out and not just a racing thing.If you get taken out n it was'nt just racing or a mistake you are aloud to get pay back but make sure what happened was not a mistake.If you do go for it and you take someone eles while doing it you will be banned for 3 weeks and 35 points will be taken from your championship total.Last season this happened 4 times or more i am not sure and i don't want to see this happen in season 3.If you take someone out thought and it was a mistake or racing thing you will be banned for a week and 10 points will be taken away
Team orders:Say your team mates in the championship hunt and its round 15 of 16 and your not in it anymore.If you take the other team out either for the drivers championship or team championship you will be sitting out 3 races and you will lose 30 points for the team championship and 50 to each team member for the singles championship

Reason behind these:Last season we had to many problems so this season i don't want any of this to come up so it can be more enjoyable so thats why some of these are very harsh.Also if you have bad things to say or wanna yell mute your mike so we don't have to hear it and you don't get yourself in trouble.

Qualifying & Rooms
Room Qualifying:The top 5 in points will be locked into room #1 every week.The people not locked in will have to qualify and be in the top 7 of how ever many show up so if your 6th in points and get 8th that means your in room 2.If you show up at race time unless your locked into room 1(top 5) or if we do not have 12 for that week your in room 2 even if your 6th in points.You will have a total of 3-5 laps to make the race for room 1
Race Qualifying:This will be held after room qualifying.The top 5 people will recive points towards there championship totals.You will have 5 laps to get the best time possible.You are aloud to draft in these.If you block thought read the penaltys section and that will happen

Heat Races
New this season to the leauge.Some tracks/races will have these.What they will be is a 5-10 lap shootout for the win and the top 5 will get points for there finishing places.Onec these are done i will have a hat or something and put slips of paper in and each will have a different thing on it and what ever the paper says is how you will start the race,the meanings are just below(qualifying for the race is for the heat race when its one of those nights)

0-The feild stays the same
1-the top 5 switch.1st to 5th 2nd to 4th 3rd stays 3rd 4th to 2nd n 5th to frist
3-1st,2nd n 3rd start 10-12th and everone eles moves up 3 spots
4-The top 4 switch like #1
5-The feilds set how we qualifyed
6-The top 6 Switch like #1
8-The top 8 switch like #1
10-The top 10 switch like the #1
12-12th gose to 1st n 1st to last etc

Race
Depending on the week most races will be 25 lap races.Some weeks will have heat races and will be shorter races and some nights will be a double race night

Points
Qualifying:Points will be given to the top 5 this season changed from 3 last season to make it more intresting and tight

Race
Laps:New this season if you lead a lap you will recive 2 bonus points.If you lead the most laps you will recive 5 bonus points.Who everys leading i want to know if someone passes you and who it was and count your laps when you lead one or as many so we know who led the most.If you lie about leading a lap or the most laps you will lose 5 points for 1 lap n 10 for the most towards your championship.

Hard Charger:The hard charger will be geting 8 points this season insted of 5.The reason behind this is because this is a hard task to do.Some races people came from 12th to pick up 11 spots n worked there ass off and other races people picked up 5 spots just from others wrecking so we will make this worth more since its a hard thing to pick up alot of places

Fast lap:Will get 6 points insted of 5 this season because every race around the end theres 4 or 5 people trying to get this baby and they make the person who gets it work for it.

Locked in
The top 5 from season 2 will be locked into room 1 for the frist 3 weeks.Starting week #4 the top 5 from season 3 will be locked into room #1 for the rest of the season

Teams
Teams may have 1 to 3 people.

Team Points
How team points will work is the person who finished highest for the team gets frist and lets say 2nd is that team also then 3rd place in that race will get 2nd places team points

A Note
I do the best job i can with what i can see.I will not go on my best live friends side n i don't pick favs.I find out both sides of the story and i will fix the problem with what i think is the right thing to do.If you think i made a wrong call fine talk it over with me but don't say s*** about me.Season 1 and 2 i had people complaine about me playing favs in pms when i never did so get your story straight i do the best i can to run this leauge.

Also,if you are not having fun with the leauge or races just don't race.This leauge is about fun and enjoyin yourself.I can understand geting upset over a bad week when your in the championship etc but rember its just a game so if u need to complaine about it go play some halo with the rest of the complainers

One idea for season 3, what about for the start of the race if we use the 21 starting grids to our advantage. If you qualify 1st and 2nd start 1st and 2nd grid, 3rd and 4th start in the 5th and 6th grid, 5th and 6th start in the 9th and 10th grid, 7th and 8th start in the 13th and 14th grid, 9th and 10th start in the 17th and 18th grid, and last is 11th and 12th start in the 20th and 21st grid. This would put a emphasis on qualifiying well, and would also put a car length between the rows at the start of the race hopefully eliminating wrecks. Just a thought let me know. I can't race on wednesdays because thats the night I work.

i think we should take a night and test that idea, cause it should be agreed upon by all racers. I dont know about you but i'd much rather have to move up the amount of say 11 car lengths from last to first if i have to rather then 22 car lengths. And i'm sure most of the other racers will agree with me.
