Now im posting this a little early still cause its not decided yet, but from the CURRENT looks of things, i will be going to The Art Institute of Vancouver and taking a course called Game Art and Design and Foundation
One thing about this though is its a private school so i would have to pay for everything, and that is around $30,000. I dont have this kinda money at all, so i would be getting it via Student Loans.
I had an interview at the school yesterday[Monday Jan 16] (bout 2.5 hour long interview, f***, lol, fully it was about 3 or just over, hours long. but the first like 2.5 hours was an actual interview with me. This was my first interview aswell, never done one before...) which went excellently. I was approved there which means i am allowed to apply now and then when i send in everything my application form will go to other ppl and they will then make the final decision whether or not im fully accepted.
So if i fully go through will this and i graduate, the course is only 1.5 years long, so in about 2 years from now, i could be working in the Video Game business making games ;D

Like i said, this is still very early so its undecided yet, but currently, its looking very promising.

EA is probably the most likely company i would get a job with(at least to start) I believe they are the biggest Gaming Company here in Vancouver.

Their NHL series is great, NHL 07 definately being the best. NHL 2004 was great, then they f*cked the game up in 05, made it better in 06, and now its even better then 04 was.
I just wish they would stop using their own freikin servers, they suck so much!!

Munson They are doing alot better now i must admit,NHL 07 is the best hockey game made i find n just rules n people like tager woods now so yeah they got it going right somewhat now only if they'd get nascar right

yes EA is the biggest gaming company here in Vancouver. Rockstar is here aswell as well as many other smaller companies.
EA is makin good games now, i just want them to stop using their online service cause its so freikin horrible!! Why cant they just use the regular XBL servers?!?!?
