i gotta go with pitt or san jose sharks. I like Sidney Crosby on Pitt and i think San Jose has a strong line with cheechoo and thornton on there. I just wish they still had legacie at goalie if thats how you spell it i cant remember

hey coupe(and anybody else) what do tickets for a hockey game generally go for in your city?
I just read an interesting article about the tickets to a Canucks game here. Tickets to a game here have risen 82% over the past 3 years, and for the upcoming season, the cheapest ticket you can get for a game will be $55.

lawlz we got the most expensive ones thats all i know because 16,500 are seasom ticket holders and the 6000+ per game are useally 5-10 game plans.We gotta get our tickets so fast as every single game is a sell out

But i'll let you know i'm going for tickets monday for 3 games but i'm scared at how much the all star games gonna cost to get  I do remember when i was up at the top top 5 years ago they were about 75 at that time so i'd think they'd have gone up since then as i know last year i paid 450 i think it was for rink side tickets |

The Vancouver Canucks announced today that Roberto Luongo will be the new Captain of the Canucks. NHL rules prohibit a goalie to wear the C(thanks to the Montreal Canadiens back in the '40s lol) so there will be no player wearing the C(from what I can tell) We will have 3 players wearing the 'A' of course though, and they will take care of the duties Luongo is not allowed to. Luongo is the first goalie to be named Captain since the Montreal Canadiens named their goalie(dunno his name) the Captain way back in 1940. That goalie was also the reason the NHL made the rule goalies cannot be captain because he spent so much time talking to refs, that other teams complained he is simply delaying the game to give himself a breather. Its not thanks to montreal just back then times were different and everyone thoughrt everyone was cheating.Its a stupid rule yeah but oh well
