its not laggy, the only time it ever lags is if your connection is laggy. sometimes it will take a bit to update ur money and if u buy a car but if it does that just close the game and open again. also u can play other people and u can play offline

lol if u want lots of money just get a membership, only 1 dollar a month. thats pocket change but i dont have a credit card so i cant do it.
