I think its under Account Management. If it isnt there let me know and I'll go on the 360 and have a look see if I can remember where I found it. The option wont be there for me anymore, but at least I can have a look and see where I think it was. Account Management would be the logical place for it though.

I'll have a look when I get a chance. Are you 100% sure your age you put in on your email address that you use for XBOX Live is at least 18? If it is under 18, the option wont be there.

*voice of mythbuster guy*
Well theres your problem!
lol alright.
I just looked it up on XBOX.com because I dont think looking on my 360 will help as the options no longer there, so this is what M$ says:
Promote Child Account to Adult
If you were not yet 18 when you signed up for Xbox LIVE, your account was designated a child account. Child accounts are tied to a parent's Windows Live ID to control Family Settings, and some features of Xbox LIVE are restricted.
After you turn 18, you can promote your child account to an adult account. This promotion removes the Family Settings and Xbox LIVE restrictions. To promote your account, you must agree again to the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and marketing opt-ins. If a parent's credit card was on your account, you must also enter a new one to replace it.
To promote your child account to adult status
1. From any area of the Xbox Dashboard, select your gamer profile. 2. Select Account Management. 3. Select Promote Child Account.
Note
This option is available on child accounts only after the owner has reached the age of majority.
4. Follow the steps to promote your child account.
So if it isnt right inside of Account Management the only thing I can think of is it could be the Age of Majority thing. What is the Age of Majority in Quebec? In BC its 18, I would imagine its also 18 in Quebec, but Quebec is so f*cked up it could be something completely different.
