yeah right dude dale earnhardt sr was the best. i said jr IS the best anyway. when richard petty raced they were racin like 5 times a week, when u race that much of course ur gonna get those wins. earnhardts career was cut short and he still was a better driver. sr drove in the middle of the money periods making it hardest for him to win

Umm that was in the 50s dude they had 30-45 races back in the 60s to when he quit.And the hardest period for racing had been from 2000-2006 and around the mid 70s when the cars had no power stiring.I mean look back to lee petty and fireball roberts they had about 80 races a year and only have about 50 wins each so u can't tell me the king ain't the best he has that name for a reason.I am not a gordon fan so don't b***h at me for this but i gotta say hes the best rite now and mark martin but sr only had a few years left he was talkin about giving the 3 car to jeff burton in like 2003-2004.Ever one had favs and says someone eles is the best,im not fans of them but david person and richard petty are the best all time with earnhart sr and gordon,dw and 2 otheres behind them

nascar today isnt anything compared to what it used to be. people raced hard because they had to make money. it was a way for them to make a living. now you have all these hollywood a**h***s in the sport so everyone just says, well a top 10 is good enough. while the dude 43 in qualifying is the one that is struggling to make the race, and pay the bills.
toyota is going to ruin nascar, the car of tomorrow is going to drive it into the ground harder.
the sport has gotten away from what it was. now its a big ass circus. just waitin for the big top to roll on in.
want a real racing series to watch go to a NHRA race. constant action, 330 mph passes in 5 seconds. everyone on the edge all the time, do or die. you have to qualify to make the show, which everyone is on edge without a provisional. they race there ass off. then comes the racing, heads up winner takes all. after each race the crews disassemble the engines completely and reassemble it in less than an hour. do this for 16 drivers in each class plus however many rounds they go. now there is some real action. cars are louder than hell, people are going crazy in the stands, everyone is on there feet, not just for the last few laps at a nascar race, but constantly. cars wreck they obliterate into pieces. cheaper to build the cars
and everyone can do it. you can take your everyday grocery getter to the strip to have fun, and possibly make money. and the b***hes are hotter. nascar has hillbilly women, drag racing has hooters girls.
just my 2 cents. but i like watching nascar, it is entertaining, but i like drag racing better because its a constant adrenaline rush.

yeah i agree that this car of tommorow crap and toyota are going to mess up nascar so this may be my last season watching it,well at least the cup series.Busch i'm going to see the race in montreal and trucks has always been good.
Yeah well u do know nhra is starting to turn into nascar abit.I mean wtf is that chase with the top 8 drivers in nhra.I mean its good enough now i mean all 4 championships came down to the last round with 2-4 drivers in each one so nhra is geting f*cked up to i think but i watch it.
For me i'm starting to watch champ car and the alanctics more.They don't sand bang or anything and its always good racing.

yeah sports car racing is looking good right now. ALMS racing.
CART is looking good. IRL is looking ok.
nascar is f*cked.
nhra is starting to go out.
busch series will be the new winston cup.
we need to get everyone to boycott the cup series so people watch the busch series which is still virgin format. not destroyed with media and politics and bull sh*t.
this lucky dog thing really pisses me off. more than toyota.
and i hate toyota.
if they would leave the busch series alone the way the cup series was 10 years ago there would be more people watching it. give more money because they people deserve it.

Whats looking good to me is Champ car.ALMS,Grand am and just about any dirt series. Nascar is okay now just there leading it to its death with that car of tommorow stuff i mean half the teams can't afford the dam thing and 95% of the people hate the thing. Yeah busch is starting to look good,n i'll be able to tell cause there racing at my home town track this year n i already got my tickets =] Well think about it.If you boycott cup then all the fans go to bucsh n the same crap will happen so yeah  Yeah the luckey dog thing gets me too just because i love watching them race back to the line.The thing i hate is that no racing back to yellow crap. For me toyota is okay just they need to make like 50 spots for a friging race next year because i bet u there will be like 60+ cars at daytona,i mean there was 56 last year without toyota there. Well the problem is theres not many drivers now to run busch.Thats why so many cup drivers are out there.I mean if the cup guys don't go then they will put all these noobs in the cars n 42 of the 43 cars will wreck n someone will get killed What nascar needs to do is put the dam cars how they were either in the late 60s to early 70s or from 98-00.Those years for nascar were good n gave us amazing racing.
