Im going to playtest SKATE

Hey all, next monday, July 30th, i get to playtest SKATE for EA EA here in Vancouver holds playtest sessions every now and then, and i got into the one for SKATE ;D I really wanted to get into the one for Need For Speed Pro Street or Army of Two, but sadly i didnt...They only asked me to come for SKATE..

So basically, does any1 here play skateboarding games? The last one i played was Tony Hawk 2 or 3 or something like that on the PS1, lmao. I did play a demo to one that was on the 360 a few months back...So what sort of things should i be checking out in SKATE as i clearly wont have a clue...?

I really dont know why they asked me to come for SKATE, i told them i have absolutely no skateboarding knowledge, be it real life or in game..I said i have tons of racing knowledge in game, and a reasonable amount in real life and a reasonable amount of FPS knowledge, yet they didnt ask me for either of those, only the one i have no knowledge of whatsoever...

Good selection of skaters, real life skate spots like New York, Boston, etc. Add some stupid stunts in to make it more fun.

I wasnt able to get NASCAR 08...they didnt have any left..So i didnt get my #1 on the list, NASCAR 08 cause they were out, and i didnt get my #2 on my list(Burnout Revenge) because theyve stopped giving that one away or something? They dont give away older games...So i got stuck with the #3 game on my list, which was obviously the last game i wanted...i only put it on the list so that i could have a full list of 3 which was needed...So unfortunately i got stuck with Need For Speed Carbon

Maby i'll be able to get NASCAR 08 from a later playtest session...Im going to keep signing up for as many as i can. They are no longer doing playtest sessions for NHL 08 unfortunately, the last one was about 2 weeks ago. They are doing tons more playtest sessions for Need For Speed ProStreet thankfully though so im going to try to get in a bunch of those.
